Lady Butterflies is expanding — and we’re looking for passionate, purpose-driven individuals to help us grow our impact across the U.S.
We are currently building State Advisory Boards to ensure that our programs, services, and advocacy efforts reflect the unique needs and strengths of local communities. As an Advisory Board Member, you’ll serve as a connector, a thought partner, and a champion for change — helping us reach more women and teen girls in your state.
What Advisory Board Members Do:

Provide feedback on local community needs

Help connect us with potential partners, volunteers, or sponsors in your area

Offer insight, ideas, and guidance on program expansion

Represent Lady Butterflies at local events, when possible

Share and promote our mission within your network
This is a non-governing, non-voting role — no legal or financial oversight is required. It’s all about using your voice and influence to help others grow, heal, and succeed.

We're looking for passionate advocates for empowerment, education, wellness, or youth leadership—individuals with a heart for service and a desire to make a difference in their state, with no prior board experience required—just commitment and care.
