We are seeking volunteers who want to utilize and further develop their leadership, organization and communication skills.

We are committed to creating volunteer experiences that are mutually beneficial to our organization and the volunteer.

There are many ways you can help!

Fundraising Team

Focuses on raising funds to support programs and services
Includes donor outreach, giving campaigns, grant support, and sponsorships
Goals: financial support, sustainability, expanding resources

Public Relations/Media Outreach

Focuses on our organization’s image and reputation

Involves writing press releases, contacting media, securing interviews or features

Goals: credibility, visibility, positive public perception

Event Team

Focuses on planning and supporting in-person and virtual events
Includes setup, registration, coordination, hosting, and follow-up
Goals: smooth event execution, high engagement, and positive experiences

Graphic Designer

Focuses on creating physical or digital tools used in marketing.
Includes flyers, brochures, social media graphics, presentations, promo videos.

Virtual Admin Assistant

Focuses on providing behind-the-scenes support for staff and volunteers
Includes data entry, scheduling, email responses, document creation, and reminders
Goals: organization, efficiency, and helping things run smoothly

Website Maintenance

Focuses on keeping the organization’s website updated and user-friendly
Includes editing content, uploading events or resources, and fixing broken links
Goals: clear communication, accessibility, and professional online presence

Marketing Coordinator

Focuses on promoting our organization to the public
Includes strategy, social media, campaigns, branding
Goals: awareness, engagement, attracting donors or participants

Community Engagement

Focuses on representing Lady Butterflies at local events and outreach opportunities
Includes setting up info tables, handing out materials, sharing your mission, and answering questions
Goals: visibility, connection, and growing local awareness and involvement
